近日，普天铁心取向硅钢产品在资源、能源、环境、品质及低碳五大维度均达到绿色产品认证要求，正式获得冶金工业信息标准研究院颁发的绿色产品认证证书，标志着公司在绿色低碳发展道路上迈出关键一步。

Recently, PTTX received the Green Product Certification from the China Metallurgical Industry Information Standards Institute (CMISI) for its grain-oriented electrical steel products, marking a key step in its green and low-carbon development.

依托高度智能化、数字化的生产体系，公司实现了从原材料到成品的全流程精细化管控，在提升生产效率的同时有效降低能耗与排放，仅产品碳排放单耗同比2025年就下降了9%，绿色发展成果进一步实现量化落地。

关键工艺创新

Key process innovation

台车炉的应用成为节能降碳的重要抓手。通过集中加热与批量处理降低能耗，优化密封保温提升热效率，实现单位能耗下降；同时提高成材率、减少材料波动与浪费，并通过集中排放处理实现稳定达标。

The car-bottom furnace reduces energy use through centralized heating and batch processing, improves thermal efficiency, and lowers unit energy consumption; it also boosts yield and reduces variability and waste in electrical steel.

绿色能源应用

Green energy application

在能源利用端，公司建设综合水站，实现制水、废水处理与循环水系统的高效协同，大幅提升水资源利用效率，构建起更加闭环、可持续的资源利用模式。同时，公司还通过建设屋顶光伏发电系统，推动绿色能源“自发自用”，2025年绿电生产量达到372万千瓦时，有效减少对传统能源的依赖。

PTTX  has built an integrated water station to enable water recycling; through rooftop photovoltaic power generation, green electricity output reached 3.72 million kWh in 2025.

二、向外赋能：释放低碳产品新价值

Unlock new value in low-carbon products

普天铁心通过持续技术创新，打造出超稳定、低损耗的取向硅钢产品，有效降低变压器空载损耗，帮助客户在使用阶段实现能耗优化，将绿色价值延伸至产品全生命周期。目前，公司的硅钢与铁心产品已获得ISO 14067碳足迹认证，从全生命周期维度对碳排放进行量化管理，进一步增强了产品的绿色属性与国际竞争力。

PTTX has developed ultra-stable, low-loss grain-oriented electrical steel, effectively reducing transformer no-load losses and helping customers optimize energy consumption during use. Its silicon steel and core products have also obtained ISO 14067 carbon footprint certification.
