近日，中国驻伊斯坦布尔总领事魏晓东一行莅临位于土耳其布尔萨的PTTX工厂项目现场考察调研，普天铁心董事、副总经理吴世东携相关管理人员做了热情接待，魏晓东总领事深入了解企业海外投资建设进展、项目规划及未来投产准备情况，并就中土制造业合作、企业本地化发展等方面进行了交流。

Recently, Wei Xiaodong, Consul General of China in Istanbul, visited the PTTX factory project in Bursa, Türkiye. Wu Shidong, Director and Deputy General Manager of PTTX, together with the management team, warmly received the delegation. During the visit, both sides exchanged views on project progress, China–Türkiye manufacturing cooperation, and the company’s localization strategy.

PTTX  ELEKTRİK TEKNOLOJİLERİ SANAYİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ（以下简称PTA0工厂）是普天铁心在土耳其投资建设的重要制造业项目，主要从事电力变压器铁心产品的研发与制造，产品广泛应用于电网、航天军工、轨道交通、风电、新能源、AI算力、大型公共建筑及住宅区等领域。项目落地布尔萨盖姆利克，既是公司推进国际化布局的重要一步，也是积极响应“一带一路”倡议、深化中土产业合作的重要实践。

PTTX ELEKTRİK TEKNOLOJİLERİ SANAYİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (PTA0 Factory) is an important overseas manufacturing project invested in by PTTX in Türkiye. The factory focuses on the R&D and production of power transformer cores, with products widely used in power grids, rail transit, renewable energy, AI infrastructure, and public construction projects. Located in Gemlik, Bursa, the project is a key step in PTTX’s global expansion and supports the Belt and Road Initiative and China–Türkiye industrial cooperation.

调研期间，魏晓东总领事认真听取了企业关于项目建设进度、厂区规划、设备安装以及未来发展等方面的介绍，对企业积极开拓海外市场、助力土耳其绿色能源转型、推动中国制造“走出去”给予充分肯定。他表示，中国企业在土耳其投资兴业，不仅有助于促进当地经济发展和就业，也进一步加强了中土两国在制造业领域的务实合作。总领馆将继续关注并支持中国企业在土发展，为企业营造良好的营商环境提供帮助。

During the inspection, Consul General Wei listened to reports on construction progress, factory planning, equipment installation, and future development. He highly recognized the company’s efforts in expanding overseas markets, supporting Türkiye’s green energy transition, and promoting Chinese manufacturing globally. He also noted that Chinese investment in Türkiye contributes to local economic growth, employment, and bilateral manufacturing cooperation.

随后，魏晓东总领事一行深入PTA0工厂生产车间进行实地参观，边看边了解铁心产品生产工艺流程、设备配置及现场管理等情况。吴世东一一做了详细介绍，并重点对企业技术优势、智能产线布局、产品应用领域、未来产能规划及本地化运营等方面做了汇报。

参观过程中，总领事一行对智能工厂建设水平、规范化管理以及项目推进效率给予高度评价，双方还围绕中土制造业合作前景、绿色能源产业发展以及区域市场拓展等内容进行了深入交流。

The delegation then toured the PTA0 factory workshop and learned about the production process, equipment setup, and site management. Wu Shidong introduced the company’s technological strengths, intelligent production lines, product applications, future capacity plans, and localized operations.

Consul General Wei and his delegation highly praised the factory’s intelligent manufacturing standards, management efficiency, and project progress. Both sides also discussed future cooperation opportunities in manufacturing, green energy, and regional market development.

吴世东对总领馆给予企业的关心与支持表示衷心感谢，并说目前PTA0工厂整体建设工作正稳步推进，已进入投产前的关键筹备阶段。未来PTA0工厂正式投产后，将重点研发生产高品质、低损耗的绿色电力铁心系列产品，不断提升产品质量和技术水平，积极服务欧洲及周边市场需求。

Wu Shidong expressed sincere thanks for the Consulate General’s support and stated that the PTA0 Factory has entered a critical pre-production stage. Once operational, the factory will focus on producing high-quality, low-loss green power transformer cores to serve European and surrounding markets.

作为公司海外战略布局的重要组成部分，PTA0工厂将充分发挥中国制造业在技术、管理和产业链等方面的优势，依托本土制造、就近服务、全球协同的运营模式，结合土耳其区位资源条件，打造一流的区域化、现代化制造基地。项目建成后，预计将进一步提升企业全球市场竞争力，同时为当地创造更多就业机会，促进区域产业协同发展。

As an important part of PTTX’s global strategy, the PTA0 Factory will leverage Chinese manufacturing advantages in technology, management, and supply chains. Through localized production and global collaboration, the company aims to build a modern regional manufacturing base in Türkiye, enhance global competitiveness, and create more local employment opportunities.

此次调研充分体现了中国驻伊斯坦布尔总领馆对中资企业海外发展的高度重视，也进一步坚定了企业持续推进国际化发展的信心。未来，PTA0工厂将围绕稳定量产、品质提升及市场交付等重点工作持续发力。目前，首批产品已正式下线并具备交付条件，标志着项目正式迈入生产运营新阶段，为进一步开拓欧洲及周边市场、提升企业国际竞争力奠定了坚实基础。公司也将以此为契机，持续深化中土产业协同与经贸交流，为积极推动中土制造业合作和高质量发展贡献普天力量。

This visit reflects the strong support of the Chinese Consulate General in Istanbul for Chinese enterprises overseas and further strengthens PTTX’s confidence in international development. The first batch of products has already rolled off the production line and is ready for delivery, marking a new stage of operation and laying a solid foundation for expanding into European and neighboring markets.
